1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using sbo99 services:

• Persons under the age of 21 years
• Individuals who have previously had their sbo99 account suspended or terminated for violation of these terms
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities through sbo99's Responsible Gaming program or any third-party self-exclusion service
• Employees of sbo99, its affiliates, game providers, or payment processors, and their immediate family members
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Persons using VPN, proxy, or other technologies to disguise their true location

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

sbo99 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and other major Indonesian banks
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Maximum deposit amount is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction, subject to your payment method's limits
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though bank processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or peak hours
• sbo99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed
• Currency for all transactions is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms and conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) per day
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard operating conditions, subject to verification and security checks
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) before processing. You must provide a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your sbo99 account registration details
• sbo99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or where suspicious activity is detected
• Withdrawal fees: None for withdrawals of Rp 500,000 or more. A processing fee of Rp 10,000 applies to withdrawals below Rp 500,000
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 4 for details on bonus terms
• If you have an active bonus, you may be required to complete wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before processing a withdrawal request
• sbo99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

sbo99 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Users agree to comply with the following:

• All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure across the gaming industry

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash:

• Welcome Bonus: 30x (deposit + bonus amount). Example: If you deposit Rp 500,000 and receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 30,000,000 before withdrawal
• Daily Deposit Bonus: 25x bonus amount
• Weekend Reload Bonus: 28x bonus amount
• Cashback Offers: 1x (cashback is typically wager-free or has minimal requirements)
• Referral Bonus: 15x bonus amount
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games contribute 10%, Sports Betting at odds of 1.75 or higher contributes 100%, Sports Betting at odds below 1.75 contributes 50%
• Maximum bet limit while bonus is active: Rp 50,000 per spin/round for slots and Rp 250,000 per sports bet. Exceeding these limits will void the bonus and all associated winnings
• Bonus validity period varies by promotion type (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering expire at the end of the validity period

4.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potentially account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage, matched betting)
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Depositing solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses without genuine wagering activity

5. Betting Rules and Game Play
